Chiropractor in Kentwood : Dr. Amy Bale

My quest towards natural living is a huge part of my life, and I am excited to share it!

Dr. Amy Bale, Kentwood Chiropractor

Thank you for taking the time to read about our office. I was raised in Wyoming and graduated from Wyoming Park High School in 1998. Shortly thereafter I left for Davenport, Iowa to start my chiropractic education and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2004.

Being brought up in a chiropractic family impacted the way I looked at health and wellness and made me want to be able to help people the way my dad did. I knew that the human body was capable of amazing things when given the chance, and armed with the belief that healing starts from the 'inside out,' I was anxious to share this with others. To give you an example of my understanding of health, I do not believe that sickness and disease are the result of a shortage of antibiotics and drugs.

Passionate about living a natural lifestyle

My husband Cory and I are parents to Cameron and Jenna, and this summer we will add another little one to our family. Having children made me realize just how important living a more natural lifestyle was to me and I am more passionate than ever about keeping them healthy through chiropractic care, whole food diets and decreasing the toxic load in our home and life.

From cooking most of our food from scratch, buying local and organic whenever possible, to using vinegar and baking soda for most of our cleaning needs, I am hoping that this will arm my kids with the best chance for a healthy life.

I love working with children and pregnant women

I really enjoy passing along my experiences and knowledge as a mom and health care provider. Going through pregnancy, (2) natural drug-free deliveries and breastfeeding has allowed me to expand my knowledge in all these areas and I'm excited to share it with others.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and family, cooking, reading, and as a novice knitter and sewer. My quest towards natural living is a huge part of my life, as you see, and I am excited to share it!
